On the road it is vitally important that the artist and crew are all well fed, Our artist is a staunch vegetarian and over the past four years I have toured with him extensively and his diet is a major part of my job. Popcorn catering has consistently provided tasty, exciting, healthy food. Invariably personnel who are new to vegetarian catering are surprised at the variety of vegetarian foods on offer and even more surprised that they usually end a tour in better shape due to that food.

It is important that everyone on the tour is happy and well fed, comfort food is an important part of that. As the production manager on the Morrissey tour, it was my job to see that the band and crew were well fed and content. Hiring Popcorn Catering is where that became a much easier task, Popcorn listened to all the special needs of the tour and prepared great vegetarian meals that where both satisfying and delectable.
