| Sarah, Darren, Chris, Beve,
Steve, Em, Steffy, Marisa, Vikki, Dags and Eddie our
core touring staff have been with us for many years! We
also welcome our core of part-time, occasional and summer
staff for their annual festival outings! Many of whom
you may recognize from retired tour caterers who take
time off from their "proper jobs" to do the
festivals. Our more corporate summer chefs spend the winter
doing football club hospitality and the summers with us. |

We are pleased
to be able to provide experienced staff who get on well together
(head chefs select their own teams), creating the combination
of good food and good vibes within your catering area. We
pride ourselves on getting the job done with the minimum of
fuss in what are, often, difficult facilities!!
For festival situations we make sure that
most of our touring staff are out-front and visible - its
nice to see a familiar face in one of those huge marquees!
